# Mindlist vs Pyre

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Pyre at none against Mindlist's 1. Pyre also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Mindlist's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindlist sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Pyre asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mindlist ships an update fortnightly, Pyre every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
