# NERDFLIX vs WorkoutLive

The clearest difference is update cadence: WorkoutLive at every 9 days against NERDFLIX's every 5 weeks. NERDFLIX's advantage is iOS requirement (14.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NERDFLIX sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per month and WorkoutLive sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NERDFLIX ships an update every 5 weeks, WorkoutLive every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
