# Zigazoo vs Custom Fonts°

The clearest difference is update cadence: Zigazoo at every 9 days against Custom Fonts°'s every 2 months. Zigazoo also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.6) and chart position (#159 vs unranked). Custom Fonts°'s advantage is review sentiment (88% vs 72%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Zigazoo sells 37 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Custom Fonts° sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Zigazoo holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Zigazoo has 60K ratings behind it against 12K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Zigazoo's written reviews are positive against 88% of Custom Fonts°'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Zigazoo ships an update every 9 days, Custom Fonts° every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 16, 2026.
