# Ashtar vs ذاكر

The clearest difference is rating: Ashtar at 4.6 against ذاكر's 2.7. Ashtar also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (20 vs 3). ذاكر's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ashtar sells 21 one-off in-app purchases and ذاكر sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ashtar holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ashtar has 20 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Ashtar ships an update every 8 days, ذاكر every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
