# ShopRandalls vs Dierbergs

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ShopRandalls at 85% against Dierbergs's 34%. ShopRandalls also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Dierbergs's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 43) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dierbergs holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dierbergs has 13K ratings behind it against 43, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of ShopRandalls's written reviews are positive against 34% of Dierbergs's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
