# mimi vs Catendar

The clearest difference is update cadence: Catendar at daily against mimi's monthly. mimi's advantage is ratings volume (6.5K vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. mimi sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Catendar sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Catendar holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: mimi has 6.5K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

mimi ships an update monthly, Catendar daily. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
