# Wheel Scale! vs Clone Cars

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Clone Cars at 88% against Wheel Scale!'s 44%. Clone Cars also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1). Wheel Scale!'s advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (50K vs 41). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wheel Scale! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Clone Cars asks for nothing beyond the download.

Wheel Scale! holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wheel Scale! has 50K ratings behind it against 41, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Wheel Scale!'s written reviews are positive against 88% of Clone Cars's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wheel Scale! ships an update monthly, Clone Cars every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
