# Capsules vs DaysUp!

The clearest difference is update cadence: DaysUp! at every 2 weeks against Capsules's every 10 months. Capsules's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Capsules ships an update every 10 months, DaysUp! every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
