# Tetherfi Omni vs Live

The clearest difference is update cadence: Live at every 10 days against Tetherfi Omni's every 3 weeks. Tetherfi Omni's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tetherfi Omni ships an update every 3 weeks, Live every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
