# Forma vs Workout log

The clearest difference is ads: Workout log at none against Forma's shown. Workout log also leads on iOS requirement (15.4 vs 18). Forma's advantage is ratings volume (268 vs 3). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forma sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Workout log sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
