# 5minutejournal vs ResKit

The clearest difference is ratings volume: ResKit at 21 against 5minutejournal's 1. 5minutejournal's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

5minutejournal holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ResKit has 21 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
