# Lyceum vs Shipment2

The clearest difference is ads: Lyceum at none against Shipment2's shown. Shipment2's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (168 vs 8). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Lyceum against 4.9 for Shipment2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shipment2 has 168 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Lyceum ships an update fortnightly, Shipment2 every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 22, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
