# HiCoffee vs Astrocat

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Astrocat at none against HiCoffee's 3. Astrocat also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 82%) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). HiCoffee's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (839 vs 3). On price, rating and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HiCoffee sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Astrocat asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for HiCoffee against 4.7 for Astrocat. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HiCoffee has 839 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
