# MinHub Portal vs ProPresenter Remote

The clearest difference is rating: ProPresenter Remote at 2.5 against MinHub Portal's 1.0. ProPresenter Remote also leads on ratings volume (77 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). MinHub Portal's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 17%) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ProPresenter Remote holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ProPresenter Remote has 77 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of MinHub Portal's written reviews are positive against 17% of ProPresenter Remote's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MinHub Portal ships an update monthly, ProPresenter Remote every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
