The clearest difference is update cadence: WeWork at every 5 weeks against NF Conference's every 7 months. WeWork also leads on ratings volume (7.4K vs 1). NF Conference's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
