# Radius vs OTR Diagnostics

The clearest difference is rating: OTR Diagnostics at 4.0 against Radius's 3.2. OTR Diagnostics also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Radius sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. OTR Diagnostics asks for nothing beyond the download.

OTR Diagnostics holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 26 and 99 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Radius's written reviews are positive against 55% of OTR Diagnostics's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Radius ships an update every 3 months, OTR Diagnostics weekly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
