# モチモノート vs Stock

The clearest difference is ads: モチモノート at none against Stock's shown. モチモノート also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (70% vs 50%). Stock's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. モチモノート sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Stock sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

モチモノート ships an update every 3 months, Stock every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
