# Forte vs Day Rhythm

The clearest difference is update cadence: Day Rhythm at every 4 days against Forte's every 2 weeks. Forte's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forte sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Day Rhythm sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Forte ships an update every 2 weeks, Day Rhythm every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
