# DIZO Wear vs Flow Fit

The clearest difference is rating: Flow Fit at 2.4 against DIZO Wear's 2.1. Flow Fit also leads on ratings volume (125 vs 9). DIZO Wear's advantage is review sentiment (16% vs 4%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Flow Fit holds the better App Store score, 2.4 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flow Fit has 125 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of DIZO Wear's written reviews are positive against 4% of Flow Fit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DIZO Wear ships an update fortnightly, Flow Fit every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
