# SceneNow vs Alaraby Plus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SceneNow at 100% against Alaraby Plus's 58%. SceneNow also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Alaraby Plus's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (653 vs 7). On price and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Alaraby Plus sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. SceneNow asks for nothing beyond the download.

Alaraby Plus holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Alaraby Plus has 653 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of SceneNow's written reviews are positive against 58% of Alaraby Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SceneNow ships an update every 10 days, Alaraby Plus weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
