# Shiftify vs Shift Calendar

The clearest difference is ads: Shift Calendar at none against Shiftify's shown. Shift Calendar also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Shiftify's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shiftify sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Shift Calendar sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shiftify ships an update every 6 days, Shift Calendar every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
