# DuoCards vs Readlang Language Readers

DuoCards and Readlang Language Readers both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Readlang Language Readers's written reviews are positive against 63% of DuoCards's. Readlang Language Readers also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). DuoCards's advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DuoCards sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Readlang Language Readers sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for DuoCards against 4.6 for Readlang Language Readers. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DuoCards has 1.4K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
