# OTR Diagnostics vs Fuelman Maintenance

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fuelman Maintenance at 100% against OTR Diagnostics's 55%. Fuelman Maintenance also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). OTR Diagnostics's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (99 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OTR Diagnostics holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OTR Diagnostics has 99 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of OTR Diagnostics's written reviews are positive against 100% of Fuelman Maintenance's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OTR Diagnostics ships an update fortnightly, Fuelman Maintenance every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
