# aiScout vs Veo Cam

The clearest difference is rating: Veo Cam at 4.7 against aiScout's 3.2. Veo Cam also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 25). aiScout's advantage is review sentiment (46% vs 18%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Veo Cam holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Veo Cam has 1.5K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of aiScout's written reviews are positive against 18% of Veo Cam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

aiScout ships an update monthly, Veo Cam fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
