# EMMO vs FutureMe

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EMMO at 78% against FutureMe's 28%. EMMO also leads on rating (4.8 vs 2.8) and ratings volume (29K vs 134). FutureMe's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EMMO sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and FutureMe sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $9.00 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EMMO holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EMMO has 29K ratings behind it against 134, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 78% of EMMO's written reviews are positive against 28% of FutureMe's.

EMMO ships an update every 3 weeks, FutureMe every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
