# Break the cable vs Hyper PA

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Hyper PA at 54% against Break the cable's 15%. Hyper PA also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (47K vs 109). Break the cable's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Break the cable sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Hyper PA sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hyper PA holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hyper PA has 47K ratings behind it against 109, so its average is the more settled of the two. Break the cable ships an update every 2 days, Hyper PA every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
