# BDS Next vs DentAcme Coaching Academy

The clearest difference is update cadence: BDS Next at every 3 weeks against DentAcme Coaching Academy's every 10 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BDS Next sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and DentAcme Coaching Academy sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BDS Next ships an update every 3 weeks, DentAcme Coaching Academy every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
