# E.L.D. TD vs Defense Legend 4

The clearest difference is rating: Defense Legend 4 at 4.4 against E.L.D. TD's 3.8. Defense Legend 4 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (87 vs 5). E.L.D. TD's advantage is review sentiment (71% vs 38%) and update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. E.L.D. TD sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Defense Legend 4 sells 33 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Defense Legend 4 holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Defense Legend 4 has 87 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of E.L.D. TD's written reviews are positive against 38% of Defense Legend 4's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
