# AC Helper vs Pokodex

The clearest difference is ads: AC Helper at none against Pokodex's shown. AC Helper also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AC Helper sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and Pokodex sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
