# BRGR vs Cilantro

The clearest difference is rating: Cilantro at 4.7 against BRGR's 3.7. Cilantro also leads on ratings volume (230 vs 14). BRGR's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 50%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cilantro holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cilantro has 230 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of BRGR's written reviews are positive against 50% of Cilantro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BRGR ships an update fortnightly, Cilantro monthly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
