# TP vs CCTV Super Password

The clearest difference is rating: TP at 4.9 against CCTV Super Password's 3.7. TP also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (391 vs 15). CCTV Super Password's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly) and review sentiment (78% vs 64%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TP holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TP has 391 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of TP's written reviews are positive against 78% of CCTV Super Password's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TP ships an update monthly, CCTV Super Password every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
