# RoseConnect Premium vs WiiM Light

The clearest difference is rating: WiiM Light at 3.3 against RoseConnect Premium's 1.8. WiiM Light also leads on monetization model (free vs paid) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). RoseConnect Premium's advantage is review sentiment (16% vs 0%) and ratings volume (66 vs 6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WiiM Light holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RoseConnect Premium has 66 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of RoseConnect Premium's written reviews are positive against 0% of WiiM Light's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
