# Z vs TLS WATCH

The clearest difference is rating: Z at 4.8 against TLS WATCH's 4.0. Z also leads on ratings volume (433 vs 3). TLS WATCH's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 83%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Z holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Z has 433 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Z's written reviews are positive against 100% of TLS WATCH's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Z ships an update every 2 months, TLS WATCH monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
