# Samurai Flash vs Slash Masters 3D

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Slash Masters 3D at none against Samurai Flash's 5. Slash Masters 3D also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 73%). Samurai Flash's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (29K vs 6). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Samurai Flash sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Slash Masters 3D asks for nothing beyond the download.

Samurai Flash holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Samurai Flash has 29K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Samurai Flash's written reviews are positive against 100% of Slash Masters 3D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Samurai Flash ships an update every 3 weeks, Slash Masters 3D every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
