# CookieRun vs Reverse

The clearest difference is ads: Reverse at none against CookieRun's shown. Reverse also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). CookieRun's advantage is ratings volume (358K vs 10K) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CookieRun sells 125 one-off in-app purchases and Reverse sells 31 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for CookieRun against 4.8 for Reverse. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CookieRun has 358K ratings behind it against 10K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 80% of CookieRun's written reviews are positive against 81% of Reverse's.

CookieRun ships an update every 10 days, Reverse every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
