# Whooo? vs Pop It

The clearest difference is ads: Pop It at none against Whooo?'s shown. Pop It also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). Whooo?'s advantage is ratings volume (33K vs 2). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Whooo? sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Pop It sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pop It holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Whooo? has 33K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Whooo? ships an update every 6 weeks, Pop It every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
