# YoHo vs Mawsook

The clearest difference is rating: YoHo at 4.3 against Mawsook's 3.7. YoHo also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (641 vs 3). Mawsook's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly) and review sentiment (75% vs 59%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. YoHo sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and Mawsook sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

YoHo holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YoHo has 641 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of YoHo's written reviews are positive against 75% of Mawsook's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

YoHo ships an update weekly, Mawsook every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
