# Personal Fit vs Forging

The clearest difference is update cadence: Forging at every 2 days against Personal Fit's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Personal Fit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Forging sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $79.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Personal Fit ships an update every 2 weeks, Forging every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
