# Disney D23 vs FunPass

The clearest difference is rating: Disney D23 at 3.1 against FunPass's 2.2. FunPass's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Disney D23 holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 2.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 94 and 47 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Disney D23's written reviews are positive against 29% of FunPass's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Disney D23 ships an update every 2 months, FunPass every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
