# Ultimate DragonMaster vs Hack&Slash Frontier

The clearest difference is rating: Ultimate DragonMaster at 4.8 against Hack&Slash Frontier's 4.2. Ultimate DragonMaster also leads on ratings volume (189 vs 9). Hack&Slash Frontier's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ultimate DragonMaster sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Hack&Slash Frontier sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ultimate DragonMaster holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ultimate DragonMaster has 189 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Ultimate DragonMaster's written reviews are positive against 72% of Hack&Slash Frontier's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ultimate DragonMaster ships an update every 3 weeks, Hack&Slash Frontier weekly. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
