# WaterWisePro vs CDL Direct Course

The clearest difference is ratings volume: CDL Direct Course at 1.9K against WaterWisePro's 35. WaterWisePro's advantage is review sentiment (93% vs 81%) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WaterWisePro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and CDL Direct Course sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for WaterWisePro against 4.9 for CDL Direct Course. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CDL Direct Course has 1.9K ratings behind it against 35, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 93% of WaterWisePro's written reviews are positive against 81% of CDL Direct Course's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
