# Murmur vs everkeep

The clearest difference is ads: everkeep at none against Murmur's shown. Murmur's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Murmur sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and everkeep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Murmur ships an update weekly, everkeep every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 11, 2026 respectively.
