# Bed Connect vs The VDOM

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bed Connect at 50% against The VDOM's 25%. Bed Connect also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). The VDOM's advantage is rating (3.2 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (10 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

The VDOM holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The VDOM has 10 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Bed Connect's written reviews are positive against 25% of The VDOM's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
