The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Great Leader at none against Brain Sharp's 1. Brain Sharp's advantage is ratings volume (57 vs 6) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Brain Sharp sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Great Leader asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Brain Sharp against 4.7 for Great Leader. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brain Sharp has 57 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.
