# Morse Mania vs Ham Shack

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Ham Shack at none against Morse Mania's 3. Ham Shack also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). Morse Mania's advantage is ratings volume (8.2K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.5). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Morse Mania sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Ham Shack asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Morse Mania against 5.0 for Ham Shack. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Morse Mania has 8.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
