# BMS Tool vs NEEY

The clearest difference is rating: NEEY at 5.0 against BMS Tool's 3.9. NEEY also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.2). BMS Tool's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and device support. On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BMS Tool sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. NEEY asks for nothing beyond the download.

NEEY holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BMS Tool has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
