# AIMIC vs Acti

The clearest difference is ads: Acti at none against AIMIC's shown. Acti also leads on review sentiment (83% vs 63%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). AIMIC's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AIMIC sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Acti sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AIMIC ships an update every 3 days, Acti weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
