# Cook It vs Nespresso Smart

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Cook It at 50% against Nespresso Smart's 3%. Cook It also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.0). Nespresso Smart's advantage is rating (3.4 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (662 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nespresso Smart holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nespresso Smart has 662 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Cook It's written reviews are positive against 3% of Nespresso Smart's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cook It ships an update weekly, Nespresso Smart monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
