# Nuuly vs Peppermayo US

The clearest difference is monetization model: Peppermayo US at free with in-app purchases against Nuuly's subscription. Peppermayo US also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.0). Nuuly's advantage is ratings volume (31K vs 1.6K) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Nuuly against 4.8 for Peppermayo US. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nuuly has 31K ratings behind it against 1.6K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Nuuly ships an update every 9 days, Peppermayo US every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
