# Nuuly vs Coop Co

The clearest difference is monetization model: Coop Co at free against Nuuly's subscription. Coop Co also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 9 days) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). Nuuly's advantage is ratings volume (31K vs 415) and chart position (#202 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Nuuly against 4.8 for Coop Co. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nuuly has 31K ratings behind it against 415, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 66% of Nuuly's written reviews are positive against 72% of Coop Co's.

Nuuly ships an update every 9 days, Coop Co every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
